Postgraduate Professional Programmes
The Postgraduate Professional Programmes, offered by New Zealand's National School of Pharmacy at the University of Otago, have been designed to enhance the role of the pharmacist in the provision of high quality patient care and also to prepare pharmacists for advanced scopes of practice.
Enrolment for Semester 1 has now closed. For study in semster 2, please enrol before 15 June.

Programmes of study available:
- Postgraduate Certificate in Pharmacy;
- Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy;
- Masters in Clinical Pharmacy; and
- Postgraduate Certificate in Pharmacist Prescribing
The overall educational objectives of the programmes include advanced critical thinking and decision making, an in-depth understanding of medicines and disease states, and skills required for working in an advanced practice environment.

The programmes have been constructed to support pharmacists in both community and hospital practice.
